Description
"=One of the most beloved prairie grasses for home or restoration gardens, Prairie Dropseed forms low fountains of grass that add a sweet aroma in late summer. The foliage is eaten by grasshoppers and unusual leafhoppers and the seed is eating summer through winter and spring by songbirds, such as Juncos and native Sparrows. Difficult to grow from seed.
