Home Brewing

In partnership with Evanston Home Brew Club, we will lead you on an interactive journey through home brewing techniques. You will be able to participate in brewing a 5-gallon batch from making the wort, hop additions, boiling, chilling and pitching yeast. A bottling session will follow in 2-3 weeks. Registration fee includes a six-pack of the session’s brewed beer to share and sample.
